Presently, Tarin’s practice is focused on civil litigation, including personal injury, professional malpractice, civil rights, fair housing, real estate, and probate litigation.  Part of what makes his practice unique is Tarin's willingness to take on cases other attorneys have declined.  Rather than a "cookie cutter" or "one size fits all" approach, Tarin enjoys working closely with his clients to develope solutions and stratigies to resolve legal issues based on their individual characteristics and needs.  Being true to his belief that everyone can benefit from legal guidance and deserve reasonable access to legal advise, Tarin does not charge for the initial consultation or telephone conference, and will schedule appointments beyond the traditional office hours.

As a sole practitioner, Tarin serves clients on a personal basis, speaking directly with them throughout the case.  This avoids any misunderstanding or disconnection that clients may encounter or feel with larger firms.  Through his personal approach, clients maintain an active role in their case and have confidence that the legal matter is handled to their satisfaction, each step of the way.  Focused on quality rather than quantity, Tarin is selective in accepting cases for litigation. Lawsuits are only filed after all other efforts have failed and when clients have the best opportunity for a meaningful outcome, which merit the additional time and devotion he provides.
